TERMS OF USE ALTER EGO MEDIA A.E.

This website (the “Website”) belongs to ALTER EGO MEDIA (“ALTER EGO MEDIA”, “us” or “we”) and is offered to users for the promotion of its products and services and the presentation of its business activities. Please read these terms and conditions of use of the Website carefully, as by using it you agree to be bound by them. ALTER EGO MEDIA reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time and will post any modified versions here. We advise you to check the terms of use on a regular basis as you will be deemed to have accepted the changes if you continue to use the Website after they have been posted. If you do not agree to comply with these terms of use, you must not use the Website in any way. Where rights, obligations and properties of the Website are mentioned, they mean ALTER EGO MEDIA.

Those who have full legal capacity have the right to use the Website. The use of the Website by minors is permitted only with the express consent of the adults who exercise their custody, who are solely responsible for the protection of minors. APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

The above terms and conditions of use of the Website, as well as any modification thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. ALTER EGO MEDIA declares that it complies with Commission Recommendation (EU) 2018/334 of 1 March 2018 on measures to effectively tackle illegal content on the internet and the Website follows the above Recommendation to the extent that its provisions concern its content and takes appropriate measures for its effective implementation.

Any provision of the above terms becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to apply and is removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes the entire agreement between ALTER EGO MEDIA and the visitor/user of its pages and services and binds only them. Any dispute related in any way to the use of the Website with the services provided through it, will first be attempted to be resolved out of court. In case of failure to reach an out-of-court settlement of the dispute, disagreements and related issues will be resolved by the competent courts of Athens.
